How to Poach Chicken

In large dutch oven or pot add 4 chicken breast, 2 to 3 teaspoons granulated bouillon or cubes, and enough water to cover chicken in pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow chicken to sit for 15 minutes. Remove to bowl to cool. Chicken can be chopped or shredded according to recipe.
