I love butter cream frosting and it is so easy to make, I know that when you learn how easy it is you will never buy the can stuff again!
I used two different flavors for this cake a Vanilla Butter-Cream and a Chocolate Butter-cream. If you want to learn more about the cake pan that I used you can go to my other blog On Stefanie’s Crafty Side. Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting
½ cup butter (1 stick)4 cups powder sugar
3 to 4 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
In a mixing bowl beat butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients beating for about 2 minutes or until smooth. Add additional milk a little at a time if needed.
Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting½ cup butter (1 stick)
4 cups powder sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
4 to 5 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
In a mixing bowl beat butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients beating for about 2 minutes or until smooth. Add additional milk a little at a time if needed.
